What to have ready when you call
Two minutes of preparation turns a five-minute call into a one-minute call, and gets a firmer number out of us.
- Year, make and model — and the trim if you know it
- What is wrong with it — won't start, wrecked, flooded, been sitting, or all four
- Whether it rolls and steers — this decides which truck we send
- Where it is — address or cross streets, and whether it is behind a gate, fence or other vehicles
- What paperwork you have — title, registration, or neither
Selling a vehicle? Read this before you call
Proof of ownership is always required. We can purchase many vehicles without a title, but never without confirming you are legally able to sell. Depending on the vehicle we may ask for a valid photo ID, current or expired registration, a bill of sale, or a lien release.

If you are broken down right now
Call rather than text. If you are on a live carriageway, get out of the vehicle if it is safe and stand well away from traffic. If anyone is injured or the vehicle is blocking a lane, ring 911 first, then call us.

Where we operate
We are a mobile operation — we come to you rather than you coming to us. Free junk car pickup runs twenty miles out from Nashville, covering Davidson County and reaching into Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford and Cheatham. Towing goes further than that.

What we will not do on the phone
We will not quote a number and then cut it on the driveway, and we will not schedule a pickup for a vehicle we already know we cannot buy. If ownership looks like a problem, or the address is out of range, we would rather tell you at the start of the call than at the end of your afternoon.
